The fantastic short story in the 20th century: the case of Jean-Pierre Andrevon

In this paper, the world presented in Jean-Pierre Andrevon's prose is analysed. The subject matter of the short stories is taken into consideration, with a strong emphasis on classic fantastic motifs and the paratextual form and aspect. This results in the coexistence of traditional and modern elements.
